After flying to Seattle and spending a week there, Kell's parents were nice enough to drive us to Portland where we also stayed a week with my family. It was so nice to be around family for two weeks. Jovie loved being around her cousins and watching them all day. We're hoping to be able to move closer to family again soon but we'll see how that goes.

My Dad turned 64 while we were visiting. We had a birthday party for him and we each dressed up as someone that reminds us of Dad. Here's a list of some in attendance: Neil Diamond, Blazer Bill, Pee-wee Herman, 60s high school Cheerleader Kathy, Buddy Holly, many mini Dodgers fans, and a few Steves from the 70s and other eras.
I love these shoes. Maybe someday she'll keep them on instead of tearing them off after wearing them for 2 minutes.
